Daily Schedule:  Preschool

 

Each preschool day includes:

 

• Free Exploration: For the first hour and a half of each session, children play and explore with guidance from the teachers. Each child also participates in a small group art and a small-group math/science activity facilitated by parent volunteers.

• Snack: Children and adults sit down together to enjoy a healthy snack.

• Group Time:  Teachers facilitate whole group language/literacy activities (stories, poems, drama, finger plays and music).

• Gross Motor Time:  Children go outside to the playground or play in our indoor gym room every day.
